Noemi Guerrero, MD

Dr. Guerrero was born in Mexico. When she was ten years old, she and her family immigrated to the United States of America. Dr. Guerrero grew up in a small town called Garden City, Texas with her six brothers, one sister and two nephews. Dr. Guerrero is an avid reader. She is married and they have two cats: Wylly and Emily.

Dr. Guerrero attended Texas Tech University for her undergraduate studies. In 2013, she graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center medical school. Dr. Guerrero completed her Internship and Residency programs in Family Medicine at Houston Methodist.

Dr. Guerrero picked Family Medicine because it gives her the privilege to provide primary care to the whole family. Dr. Guerrero and her family look forward to becoming part of the Clay County community.

Jordan Edwards, MD

Dr. Edwards graduated medical school in 2011 with a combined Masters in Business (MBA) and a Doctorate of Medicine (MD). He specializes in both Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine. He completed his medical training at Stanford University Hospital and Clinics, Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle Washington and a Sports Medicine Fellowship at Oregon Health and Science University.

Dr. Edwards has been active in the sports medicine community where he has served as a team physician at the high school, Division I and professional level. He actively promotes physical activity and healthy lifestyles in his primary care practice which stems from his experience as a Division I football player with Type I Diabetes.

In addition to his primary care/Internal Medicine training, he has obtained additional training in musculoskeletal ultrasound, sports injuries, non-operative orthopedics, exercise prescription and sports physicals. He specializes in treating joint pain, fractured bones, injuries and exercise related medical problems in patients of all ages. His treatments include ultrasound guided injections, custom splints, casts, surgical referrals, rehabilitation and Injury prevention. He enjoys helping patients maintain and return to active, healthy lifestyles.

Dr. Edwards and his wife are excited to join the community and raise their young daughter in Henrietta. He is hoping to utilize his skills to provide comprehensive care in the community ranging from the clinic, hospital, emergency department, rest home and the athletic fields.
